“Double H” Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Fulfillment & Processing Time
All items in our store are made to order and printed on-demand. Because of this, please allow  2–7 business days for our print providers to fulfil, print, and pack your order before it leaves the facility.

2. Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping times and costs vary depending on the product type, the selected shipping method, and the destination. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.
Estimated standard delivery times:
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 4-12 business days
  • International:  10–30 business days
Note: Expedited, one-day, or two-day delivery options are generally not supported, as items are custom-printed.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update with the courier.

4. Delayed or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the courier. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.

5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct before placing your order. If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or if the package goes unclaimed, you may be charged an additional reshipping fee to send it to the correct address, or the package may be treated as abandoned by the carrier.

6. Damages, Manufacturing Errors, and Returns
Because all items are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
However, if your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we’ve got you covered.
  • What to do: Contact us at “thehh.clothing@gmail.com” within 30 days of product delivery.
  • What to provide: Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Resolution: We will gladly issue a free replacement or a refund for the defective item. Returning the physical item to us is typically not required.
