Return and Refund Policy
Overview
Because all of our items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. We highly recommend checking our sizing charts provided on the product pages before placing an order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, flawed, or contains a manufacturing error, we are here to make it right.
To be eligible for a free replacement or a refund, you must:
  • Report the issue within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide clear photograph(s) or video(s) demonstrating the damage or manufacturing error.
  • Note: You do not need to send the physical item back to us.
Lost or Missing Packages
Your order may appear on the “shop” app or on any general tracking notifications that you are still awaiting details, do not be concerned about this part of your tracking and delivery, it can take a moment for your delivery to be announced in your notifications/tracking app.

If your order does not arrive within our estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the tracking details with our fulfilment partner. If the package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refund Timelines
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
